About the NovaBloom App
NovaBloom was born from a simple but holy conviction: women deserve a space where their bodies, emotions, and God-designed rhythms are honored, not overlooked or misunderstood. For years, I searched for a cycle-tracking experience that felt aligned with my faith, my femininity, and the deeper purpose woven into womanhood. Everything I found felt clinical, sexualized, or disconnected from the beauty I knew God had intentionally authored in us.
So, I created the app I needed: one that treats the menstrual cycle as something sacred, not shameful… a divine rhythm, not a disruption. NovaBloom exists to help women of every age understand their bodies with compassion, wisdom, and truth. It blends modern insight with biblical grounding, emotional support with spiritual nourishment, and science with the wonder of God’s design.
NovaBloom is more than an app; it’s an invitation to step back into your feminine, God-given design—anchored, supported, seen, and beautifully connected to the One who created you.
Meet the Founder
Rachel is the founder and visionary behind NovaBloom, a faith-forward menstrual cycle app created to help girls and women understand their cycles as something sacred, intentional, and God-designed. With a background in leadership, education, and business, Rachel carries a deep passion for seeing women flourish in every season: discovering the beauty, strength, and purpose God has woven inside them.
What began as her own journey navigating women’s health challenges during nearly a decade in corporate America evolved into a calling: to build a space where Christian women could track their cycles, nurture their emotional well-being, and reconnect with the God who formed them so intentionally. One day on a walk with her Aussiedoodle Paloma, Rachel realized there was no faith-honoring place for women to understand their bodies and cycle through a biblical lens. From that spark, NovaBloom was born.
Rachel blended her love of creativity, technology, and theology to design an app where women can see the beauty in their design and learn to bloom — no matter the phase, season, or story they’re in.
When she isn’t dreaming up new features or meeting with her developer team, you’ll find Rachel walking Paloma in the sunshine, trying new restaurants, playing Mahjong with friends, or enjoying an iced matcha with the people she loves.

We use secure, encrypted systems to keep your information protected, and we share only necessary data with third parties. Your body is sacred, and your data should be too.

Only you (and any trusted contact you choose to link with) can view your cycle information. You’re always in control of what you share, who you share it with, and for how long.

Every feature from cycle insights to resources is crafted to honor God’s intentional design of the female body. It's feminine, beautiful, spiritually-grounded, and created to help you bloom in every season.

With NovaBloom’s Family plan, parents and teens can be billed under one plan. Parents can see the members on their family plan, but cycle sharing is currently unavailable for users under 18.
